The plant forms a rosette of semi-erect green and light-green leaves with a smooth surface. The root crop has a round or oval-round shape, buried 2/3–3/4 into the soil, and is easily pulled out. The beet pulp is red, juicy, with good taste qualities, making this variety sought after for culinary processing.
The mass of the root crop varies from 270 to 500 grams, and yield reaches 2.9–7.8 kg per square meter depending on growing conditions. Sowing is recommended in open ground at the end of April — beginning of May at a depth of 2.0–2.5 cm with interrows of 15x30 or 6x30 cm. The variety is distinguished by high drought resistance and excellent storability, ensuring crop preservation during the winter period.
