Wodan F1 table beet is an early hybrid developed by the Dutch seed company Bejo Zaden. This variety has a short growing period — from germination to maturity takes only 85-95 days, allowing for early harvesting of leafy produce. Wodan beet performs well across various agrozones in Ukraine and demonstrates stability on different soil types. The hybrid is resistant to stressful conditions such as frost, drought, sudden temperature fluctuations, and hail, making it a reliable choice for farmers. Wodan beet roots have a round shape and uniform size, with evenly colored dark-red flesh without radial rings and smooth skin. When sown later, from May to July, the beet retains its appearance and flavor qualities well.
