Table Beet KUBANSKAYA BORSHCHEVAYA 43

Tailored for Industrial Processing

"Kubanskaya Borshchevaya 43" is a specialized beet variety designed for commercial agricultural enterprises focused on industrial processing and canning. Developed by the Gavrish Breeding Firm in collaboration with the Vavilov Institute of Plant Genetic Resources, this variety is a standard-bearer for consistency in professional farming.

Operational Advantages

• Processing Efficiency: The round shape of the roots is highly optimized for mechanical processing lines, minimizing waste during peeling and cutting.
• Standardized Quality: The vibrant red flesh, characteristic of the borscht-type beets, meets the strict color and texture requirements demanded by food processing plants.
• Storage Stability: A key benefit is the excellent storability of the root. It maintains density and marketability for long periods, allowing producers to time their supply to processing facilities effectively.

When planning a production cycle, farmers select this variety to minimize risks associated with crop irregularity. The genetic profile provides robustness against various environmental stresses, which is essential for maintaining uniform harvest volumes. In practical terms, this variety is best suited for growers who operate under forward contracts with food production companies, where meeting consistent quality standards is non-negotiable.

Whether for immediate processing or storage, "Kubanskaya Borshchevaya 43" provides the necessary durability to endure logistical chains without losing its nutritional or aesthetic properties, making it a reliable investment for large-scale production.
