CREOLE is a mid-season table beet variety, characterized by high yield and uniform, rounded root crops of dark red color. Root crop mass ranges from 160 to 300 grams, and the flesh is tender, with a rich dark red hue, lacking ringedness and coarse fibers. Dry matter content is 13.8-15.0%, and total sugar content is 9.9-11.7%, ensuring high taste qualities and making the variety particularly attractive for culinary use and processing.

Plants form compact leaf rosettes that do not shade each other, which promotes uniform development of root crops. Full harvest collection is carried out 90-100 days after germination. For sowing, it is recommended to plant seeds at a depth of 2 cm in open ground, followed by thinning seedlings in two stages: the first when the first two pairs of true leaves develop, and the second when root crops reach a diameter of 2-3 cm. Regular watering, weeding, loosening, and fertilization are required during growth to ensure optimal growth.

The CREOLE variety is ideal for long-term storage during the winter period, as well as for canning and juice production. The flesh retains its rich color during heat treatment, making this variety versatile and convenient to use both in home cooking and industrial processing.
