Table beet Gopak is a medium-early variety with a maturity period of 105 to 132 days after planting. The roots are round in shape and dark red in color with a burgundy tint, weighing between 190 to 310 grams. Thanks to its firm skin and minimal tops, this variety is convenient for harvesting and subsequent processing or sale. Yield ranges from 4.3 to 4.8 kilograms per square meter.
