Table beet Gopak is a medium-early variety with a maturity period of 105 to 132 days after planting. The roots are round in shape and dark red in color with a burgundy tint, weighing between 190 to 310 grams. The flesh has a uniform coloration without white veins, a tender and juicy texture, and a sweet taste. Thanks to its firm skin and minimal tops, this variety is convenient for harvesting and subsequent processing or sale. Yield ranges from 4.3 to 4.8 kilograms per square meter.

Gopak is distinguished by high heat and disease resistance, making it a reliable choice for cultivation under various climatic conditions.
