Pablo F1

Pablo F1 table beet is a mid-season hybrid developed by the Dutch company Bejo Zaden, widely recognized for its high productivity and resistance. The maturation period is approximately 100-115 days from mass emergence. This hybrid is characterized by its adaptability and resilience, allowing successful cultivation under various agroclimatic conditions in Ukraine. The plant is resistant to temperature fluctuations, water deficiency, and lack of fertilization, though it performs best on warm, moist, and nutrient-rich soil. The beet shows high resistance to insect pests and several fungal diseases, including cercosporosis, as well as resistance to cracking. Pablo F1 roots have a round shape, uniform in size and weight, ranging from 150 to 400 grams with a diameter of 10-15 cm. The skin is smooth and firm, does not crack or become rough during storage. The flesh is a rich ruby-red color without light radial rings, juicy and sweet, with a sugar content of about 8.6% and dry matter of 11.2%. Due to these qualities, the beet is ideal for fresh consumption, processing, and use in various culinary dishes. The Pablo F1 hybrid demonstrates high yield potential — on average 6-8 kg per square meter, and with proper agronomic practices, this can reach 8-10 kg/m². The beet retains well throughout the entire winter, making it in demand both on fresh markets and for industrial processing. Thanks to its combination of high yield, disease resistance, and excellent taste qualities, Pablo F1 is a versatile and reliable choice for farmers and gardeners.
