Description Businka
Hawthorn «Hawthorn Berry» is a variety that can be grown as a shrub or tree. The plant crown is highly branched and spreading, ensuring good light and air penetration. Fruits are of medium size (mass of 100 fruits – 47.6–51.3 g), elongated, truncated-conical in shape, bright orange in color, with a sour-sweet taste and aroma. Fruit detachment is dry.

The yield of the «Hawthorn Berry» variety is moderate: at 7 years of age, about 14 kg per plant (≈16.2 t/ha with a planting scheme of 4×2 m). Ripening period – first half of September. The plant is characterized by high rain resistance and winter hardiness, making it suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions.

The «Hawthorn Berry» variety is intended for technical use and is widely used in horticulture. It is suitable for producing juice, compotes, jams, and medicinal infusions and juices due to its high content of vitamins (A, C, E) and trace elements. With proper care, the plant provides a bountiful harvest without the need for chemical protection.
