Vienna - mid-early table variety with very high tuber yield, possessing excellent internal and external qualities. Easily cleaned and excellently suited for packaging. Salad-type variety, with very good taste, firm texture (cooking type A-B), and very good quality stability. Vienna features uniform and rapid emergence. Plants are semi-upright, medium height, and produce a large number of white flowers. Good storability. Has medium storage life.
