Kumach

Kumach is a medium-maturing, high-yielding variety of table potato, distinguished by high productivity and excellent taste qualities. The plant is semi-upright, intermediate type, 60 to 70 cm tall, with large dark-green open-type leaves. Flowers are large, with medium-intensity anthocyanin coloration on the inner side of the corolla. Tubers are oval-shaped with smooth red skin, which is tough and well protects against mechanical damage. Flesh is cream-colored, eyes are medium-sized, located at medium depth. Average mass of marketable tubers varies from 98 to 220 g, and marketability reaches 86-97%.
