Brooke potato is a medium-maturing variety with a vegetative period of about 80-95 days, intended for cultivation in the Central region of Russia. The plant is of medium height, intermediate type, semi-erect, with medium to large green leaves and white flower buds. Tubers are round in shape with small eyes, and both skin and flesh are yellow. The marketable tuber weight ranges from 96 to 130 grams, with 7-10 tubers per plant. Starch content in tubers ranges from 14.9-18.0%, providing good culinary qualities and suitability for various preparation methods, including baking, frying, mashing, and chip production.

The yield of the Brooke variety ranges from 144 to 278 centners per hectare, with maximum yields reaching 408 centners per hectare, significantly exceeding standards of some other varieties.
