YELLOW FOX

Yellow Fox pepper — an early-maturing variety, ripening in 110-115 days from germination to first harvest. The plant is low-growing and compact, making it suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in containers of about 15 liters, as well as in greenhouses. The bush forms 50-70 fruits, which are conical, approximately 8 cm long and 3 cm in diameter. The plant is characterized by abundant fruiting and decorative appearance, allowing it to be grown even on balconies and windowsills. The fruits of Yellow Fox pepper have a bright glossy surface and practically no seeds. In technical maturity, they are dark green, and upon full ripening, they turn into a rich yellow hue. The weight of one fruit ranges from 20 to 45 grams, making them miniature and convenient for whole consumption. The flesh has a very sweet taste with a spicy aroma, making this variety especially attractive for fresh consumption and whole-fruit canning. For successful cultivation, seedlings should be sown in early March, followed by transplanting when cotyledons appear. Transplanting into open ground should be conducted at the end of May, maintaining a planting scheme of 30x40 cm. Pruning includes removing side branches and leaves up to the first fork, which promotes better development of main fruits. Thanks to its taste qualities, compactness, and versatility in cultivation, Yellow Fox pepper will be an excellent choice for lovers of sweet and aromatic mini-peppers.
