SIBERIAN FORMAT — this is a new large-fruited mid-early pepper variety, distinguished by a powerful semi-determinate bush reaching 70-80 cm in height. The plant forms up to 12-15 very large, cube-shaped fruits with 3-4 chambers, each measuring about 10×16 cm and weighing 300-450 grams. The fruits have a glossy surface, dark green in technical ripeness and rich dark red when fully ripe.
The fruit walls are 8-10 mm thick, providing a tender texture and pleasant flavor with a characteristic aroma. Due to these qualities, the pepper is suitable for fresh consumption as well as for canning and freezing. The variety is characterized by high yield and can produce a stable harvest even on less fertile soils, provided adequate watering.
