Procraft

The Procraft pepper is an early hybrid developed by the Dutch company Enza Zaden, ideally suited for cultivation in open ground and organic farming. The plant is low-growing, robust, and well-balanced, with a well-developed root system that ensures high resistance to stress and adverse weather conditions. Thanks to these qualities, the hybrid does not drop fruit even under difficult conditions and is not susceptible to common diseases.

The Procraft pepper fruits are cube-shaped, large, measuring approximately 9 x 12 cm and weighing between 190 to 220 grams. They have a thick wall up to 12 mm, giving them strength and a crisp, juicy flesh with a pleasant sweet flavor. At the technical ripening stage, the fruits are dark green, and at biological ripeness, they turn into deep red. A distinctive feature of this hybrid is its ability to maintain color even after frost, making it especially attractive for processing and long-term storage.

The Procraft pepper is versatile in application: it is excellent for fresh consumption, home cooking, canning, and processing. Fruits ripen 72-76 days after transplanting seedlings, enabling an early harvest. Due to its commercial qualities and nutritional value, this hybrid is an excellent choice for gardeners and farmers seeking a high-quality and resilient sweet pepper harvest.
