HONEY KING

The 'Honey King' pepper is an early-maturing hybrid of sweet pepper, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic covers. The plant has a semi-spreading or bushy compact form of medium height — about 40-50 cm, which facilitates care and harvesting. The hybrid is cold-resistant, allowing successful cultivation in temperate and southern climates, as well as in greenhouses in colder regions.

The fruits of 'Honey King' are large, weighing from 150 to 200 grams, with thick fleshy walls of 7 to 10 mm. The shape of the fruits varies from cylindrical to cube-shaped, with a characteristic yellow color at biological maturity. Inside the fruits are three chambers with seeds. The flesh is juicy and extremely sweet, making this variety especially appealing for fresh consumption, as well as for use in salads, preservation, and cooking.

The ripening period of the hybrid ranges from 65 to 115 days depending on growing conditions, classifying it as ultra-early or early-maturing. Yield under plastic covers reaches 6.4–6.8 kg per square meter.
