Pepper Cascade

CASCADE — an early-maturing variety of sweet pepper, suitable for cultivation in open ground and under plastic coverings. The plants are compact, reaching up to 30 cm in height, allowing efficient use of planting space by accommodating 5-6 plants per square meter. This variety is characterized by high yield — up to 10 large fruits per plant, each weighing up to 140 g.

The fruits of CASCADE have a conical shape and a bright, glossy red color when fully ripe. The fruit wall thickness reaches 6 mm, ensuring juiciness and meatiness. The flesh is exceptionally tasty, aromatic, and dense, making the pepper versatile for fresh consumption and various processing methods. The fruit color changes from dark green in the half-ripe stage to a vibrant red upon full ripening.
