The fruits of CASCADE have a conical shape and a bright, glossy red color when fully ripe. The fruit wall thickness reaches 6 mm, ensuring juiciness and meatiness. The flesh is exceptionally tasty, aromatic, and dense, making the pepper versatile for fresh consumption and various processing methods. The fruit color changes from dark green in the half-ripe stage to a vibrant red upon full ripening.
