Carrot Sentyabrina

SENTYABRINA is a medium-maturing carrot variety, distinguished by its high yield and excellent marketability. The root crops of this variety have a cylindrical shape with a blunt rounded end and a length of up to 17-20 cm. They are uniform in size and length, have a smooth surface and a bright orange color both in the peel and the core. The mass of the root crops varies from 90 to 190 grams, which makes them convenient for storage and transportation.

The flesh of SENTRYABRINA carrots is tender, juicy, and sweet, with a high carotenoid content - up to 18 mg per 100 g of raw material. The dry matter content is from 11.1 to 14.1%, and the total sugar level is in the range of 6.1-8.9%, which ensures excellent taste qualities. Due to these characteristics, the variety is suitable both for fresh consumption and for processing.

The variety is characterized by stable yield, reaching 235-540 centners per hectare, and high marketability - from 77 to 94%. It is well preserved during the winter period, which allows using the root crops for a long time after harvest. For successful cultivation, a sunny location is recommended, and the variety is adapted to various climatic conditions, including the Ural and Siberian regions.
