Redkan

Redkan F1 is an early mid-season hybrid of the Capsicum type, developed by the French company HM Clause. It is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses, showing optimal performance in the second crop. The plant is low-growing, reaching up to 55 cm in height, with a bushy form and strong stems, ensuring abundant fruiting and good resistance to dense planting. The hybrid is highly adaptable and resilient, making it suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions and seasons. Redkan F1 fruits have a conical, elongated shape, up to 16 cm in length and 7 cm in diameter, weighing 140-160 grams. They are fleshy and thick-walled, with wall thickness of 7-8 mm and three chambers inside. In technical maturity, the fruits are dark green, while in biological maturity they are dark red, almost burgundy. The pepper has a distinct flavor and aroma, retaining its taste and attractive appearance even after long storage and transportation. This makes it a versatile product suitable for fresh consumption, canning, pickling, stuffing, and freezing. The Redkan F1 hybrid is resistant to blossom end rot and tomato bronze virus, and has intermediate resistance to tomato wilt virus. Recommended planting density is 50-55 thousand plants per hectare. Thanks to its high resistance to stress factors and prolonged fruiting period, this pepper ensures a stable and high-quality yield. Its all-season cultivation and high transportability make Redkan F1 a profitable choice for commercial production and home gardening.
