BELYGORETS

Sweet pepper variety Belygorets is a medium-maturing, high-yielding variety with a vegetative period of 110 to 125 days from seedling emergence. The plant is medium-height, reaching about 70 cm, with good leafiness and a semi-spreading bush form with vigorous growth. This variety successfully grows both in open ground and in greenhouses and polytunnels, showing resistance to temperature fluctuations and various diseases, including wilting, alternaria, viral infections, and tip rot.

Belygorets peppers have a conical shape with a pointed tip, measuring 9 to 11 cm in length and weighing 95 to 150 grams. The wall thickness is 5–6 mm, providing dense and uniform flesh with moderate juiciness. At the technical ripening stage, the fruits are light-colored — from ivory to yellowish-white, and at full biological ripeness, they turn bright red. The flavor is very good, aromatic, and sweet, making them suitable for fresh consumption, culinary use, canning, and freezing.

The variety exhibits uniform ripening and high commercial yield, allowing for stable and high-quality fruit production.
