Bucharest pepper variety is early maturing, ripening within 110-117 days from seedling to technical maturity. This variety is recommended for cultivation both on home plots and in plastic greenhouses, making it a versatile choice for various growing conditions. The plant reaches a height of up to 1.1 meters, has a semi-spreading form, and moderate leafiness, ensuring good ventilation and fruit illumination.

The fruits of Bucharest pepper have a conical shape, are strong, and possess a smooth, glossy surface. They contain 2-3 chambers and reach a weight of up to 140 grams with wall thickness around 6 mm. In technical maturity, the fruits are purple, and upon reaching biological maturity, they turn red. This coloring gives them an attractive appearance and indicates ripeness and readiness for consumption.

This variety of pepper has high flavor qualities, making it an excellent choice for various culinary purposes. The fruits are suitable for preparing fresh salads, freezing, canning, and especially for making pepper relish.
