The seeds are round in shape with yellow cotyledons. The variety is characterized by high resistance to shattering and medium resistance to lodging and drought, ensuring crop stability under various climatic conditions. Protein content in the grains reaches up to 29.7%, making this variety a valuable source of plant protein.

BUSLAY is recommended for cultivation in various regions, including the East-Siberian, Central-Black Earth, North-Caucasian, and Middle-Volga regions. The average yield of the variety is about 22.1 centners per hectare. Despite its high productivity, the variety has medium resistance to diseases, particularly ascochitis, which affects leaves and pods to a weak or moderate degree.
