OLD HEALER

The 'Old Healer' variety is an early-maturing, cold-hardy mustard that grows rapidly: it takes only 25‑30 days from germination to cutting for greens. This makes it an ideal choice for both open ground and protected areas where growing conditions can be controlled.

The yield of this variety is high – reaching 3.2–3.5 kg/m². Leaf rosettes have a height of 20 to 25 cm, a length of 28‑30 cm, and a mass of 50‑70 g. The leaves are large, smooth, with serrated edges; their tissue is tender and juicy, while retaining the characteristic mustard flavor and pleasant aroma.

This greenery is particularly valuable in cooking: fresh leaves are excellent for salads, sandwiches, as well as a side dish for meat and fish dishes. Thanks to its bright flavor palette and ease of processing, 'Old Healer' becomes an indispensable ingredient in everyday cooking.
