SADKO is a mid-early variety of mustard with rapid growth of vegetative mass and excellent frost tolerance. The period from germination to harvest is only 22‑25 days, which allows obtaining the product just a few weeks after sowing.
The plant leaves are large, whole and dark green with a bright anthocyanin tint. They have a slightly spicy taste reminiscent of classic table mustard, yet remain tender and aromatic. The mass of one plant ranges from 60 to 70 grams.
The variety differs in high resistance to premature bolting and has good leafiness, which makes it convenient for growing even in limited space conditions. Plants provide rich vitamin products from early spring to late autumn, which can be used as a fresh ingredient in salads and other dishes.
