PRELESTNAYA

Yellow mustard, known as PRELESTNAYA, is an annual plant widely grown as a green manure to enrich the soil with nitrogen and other essential nutrients. After harvesting on the same plot, a significant increase in productivity of any vegetable crops is usually observed due to improved air circulation and moisture stabilization.

Mustard seeds are an excellent alternative to chemical fertilizers: they quickly restore the fertility of poor soil by enriching it with nitrogen and phosphorus. Thanks to this, the plant promotes rapid growth of vegetative mass and increases the yield of subsequent crops.

The leaves and young shoots of mustard are rich in vitamins and have a characteristic pungent mustard taste, making them popular ingredients for spicy salads, sides for fish and meat dishes. They can be eaten fresh or lightly fried, adding a bright aroma and beneficial properties to the everyday menu.
