DescriptionBELOGORSKY 310
BELOGORSKY 310 is a variety of narrow-leaved lupine (Lupinus angustifolius L.) intended for cultivation as green mass. The plant is semi-erect, determinate, of medium height, about 60 cm, with light green leaves and weak anthocyanin stem coloring at the budding stage. Flowers are white, the keel tip is yellow, and pods are of medium length, long, with white seeds having ornamentation. Seeds weigh 130–140 g per kilogram and ripen uniformly.
The vegetative period is 80–90 days, while the time of flowering onset is average, and green mass maturity is early-medium, full maturity is early. The variety is resistant to seed lodging, shedding, and pod cracking, and contains no bitter substance in the seeds. Alkaloids are at a level of up to 0.06%, making the crop safe for use.
Average yield of dry matter of green mass is about 36.9 c/ha, but in the Kaliningrad region, the maximum yield achieved was 86.6 c/ha. Thanks to high frost resistance and resistance to adverse conditions, BELOGORSKY 310 is suitable for a wide range of agricultural applications, including feed products and decorative greening.
