Alfalfa MEDISAN

Swiss Genetics for Forage Excellence

The 'Medisan' alfalfa variety represents the precision of Swiss breeding, designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern agriculture. Brought to the market by 'Товариство З Обмеженою Відповідальністю', this variety addresses one of the most critical challenges in forage production: soil-borne pathogens. By integrating genetic resistance, it offers a reliable path to securing high-quality yields in affected areas.

Resilience and Physical Growth

The standout feature of this variety is its documented resistance to nematodes. This trait ensures that the crop maintains high plant density and longevity, preventing early field degradation. With a mature height of 80–100 cm, 'Medisan' balances a substantial biomass volume with ease of mechanical harvesting, providing a high-protein feed source essential for efficient livestock operations.

Strategic Value for Producers

For agricultural enterprises focusing on long-term forage crop rotations, the choice of seed is paramount. 'Medisan', distributed by 'Товариство З Обмеженою Відповідальністю', is engineered for consistent performance. Its rapid regrowth capacity after cutting cycles allows farmers to maximize the number of harvests per season, making it a cornerstone for sustainable fodder production systems.
