The narrow-leaved lupin variety «AKKORD» is a versatile plant suitable for a wide range of agricultural tasks. It is characterized by resistance to lodging and low air temperatures, making it suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions. The plant is early-maturing: flowering begins in the average period, and green maturity is achieved within an early-average timeframe. The vegetative cycle from germination to harvest of green mass is 60‑70 days, and for seed collection – 85‑95 days.
The plant's physical characteristics include an average height of about 70 cm and an upright indeterminate structure with limited branching (3-4 orders). Leaves are palmate, consisting of 7 narrow-lanceolate leaflets, green in color. Flowers are white in shade with a yellow boat tip, and pods have an average length. The mass of 1000 seeds is about 120 g on average.
The product yield is also impressive: dry matter of green mass reaches 58.0 c/ha, and seeds – 20.0 c/ha. The plant is resistant to diseases and has good adaptability to various soil conditions. Thanks to its characteristics, «AKKORD» is suitable both for feed production and as a decorative plant in garden compositions.
