Lettuce Lagunas

Lagunas salad is a variety resembling the popular Iceberg, intended for year-round cultivation in open ground. The heads of this salad have a perfect medium-sized spherical shape, giving them an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The heads are characterized by a dense and crisp texture, providing an excellent combination of freshness and flavor, making this variety popular both for fresh salads and for various cooked dishes.

A feature of this variety is uniform growth, which facilitates simultaneous harvest, significantly simplifying the harvesting process. The heads gradually fill out and maintain good leaf layering until harvest begins, ensuring a prolonged fruiting period. Lagunas salad is resistant to bolting, rot, internal scalds, necrosis, and mold, enhancing its reliability and reducing the risk of yield losses.

This variety is ideal for cultivation starting from early April and can be successfully grown throughout the year. Thanks to its disease and pest resistance, as well as uniform development, Lagunas is an excellent choice for both experienced and novice gardeners seeking a high-quality and flavorful harvest.
