The head is flat-round, large, weighing 0.9-1.2 kg, dense. Surface is pitted, fine-grained, white. Yield of Aquarel cabbage — 35-45 t/ha. The variety is distinguished by uniform ripening, heat tolerance, and cold resistance. Transportability, marketability, and yield — excellent. Suitable for cultivation in open ground during spring-summer and summer-autumn periods. Intended for fresh use, freezing, and canning. Can be grown both by seedling and direct seeding methods. Seedling transplanting (seed sowing) rate is 30-35 thousand per 1 ha.
