Adio Creeping Red Fescue is a high-quality grass mix specifically developed for creating a dense and durable lawn under moderate usage conditions. The blend includes 16% Adio creeping red fescue, along with other creeping red fescue varieties (Gondolin, Reverent) and various ryegrasses (Bokser, Temperano, Naki), ensuring good turf structure and wear resistance. This combination allows for quick rooting and formation of an even cover even in shaded areas.
For sowing, a rate of 0.9 kg per 36 m² (or 5 kg per 200 m²) is recommended, which ensures dense coverage without excess growing material. Seeds are sown by cross-sowing at a depth of 1–2 cm after soil preparation: weed removal, fertilizer application, and leveling the surface. After germination, maintain moisture until the first mowing (at 8–10 cm growth), then mow the lawn regularly to a height of 3–5 cm.
Adio Creeping Red Fescue is suitable for both park areas and sports fields due to its high regeneration after mechanical damage. With proper care (regular watering, aeration in spring and autumn, fertilizing every 4–6 weeks), the lawn retains a vibrant green color and density throughout the season.
