SHATILOVA'S GIFT GRAPE

Shatilova's Gift grape is a mid-season table grape variety bred by the famous breeder Fedor Shatilov. The bushes are medium-sized with medium-sized leaves and no pubescence. The bunches are cylindro-conical in shape and weigh an average of about 267.5 grams, while the berries are oval, dark red-purple in color, with fleshy pulp and pink juice. The berries contain about 15.3 g of sugar per 100 cm³ and 0.67 g/dm³ of acidity, which ensures a pleasant taste without foreign aftertastes. Seeds are present in a quantity of 2-3 pieces. The average tasting grade of the variety reaches 9 points.

This variety is characterized by high frost resistance, withstanding temperatures down to -26 °C, and according to some data, up to -30 °C, which makes it suitable for cultivation in harsh climatic conditions, including the Urals region. The grape is resistant to pests and diseases, which significantly facilitates care and increases yield. The average yield is about 104 centners per hectare, and up to 12 kg of berries can be obtained from one bush.

Shatilova's Gift is valued for its versatility: the berries are suitable for fresh consumption as well as for making aromatic ruby-colored wines. The variety is adapted to various natural zones and climatic conditions, making it popular among both professional viticulturists and amateur gardeners. High endurance and stable fruiting make this variety an excellent choice for cultivation in home and production conditions.
