The Anyuta grape variety is a popular table variety with a medium-late ripening period, reaching maturity in about 130-140 days, usually in late August to early September. This variety was developed by amateur breeder Kraynov V. N. by crossing the Talisman and Kishmish Luchistiy varieties. The grapevines differ in great vigor and begin fruiting in the 4th-5th year after planting.
The bunches of the Anyuta variety are large, conical in shape, weighing from 700 to 1500 grams with medium density. The berries are oval in shape, bright pink in color, about 35 mm in size. They are fleshy and juicy with a dense skin that does not compromise taste qualities. The berries have a sweet and sour taste with a slight musky aroma, making this grape particularly attractive to lovers of quality table varieties.
The variety is characterized by high resistance to fungal diseases, such as oidium and mildew, provided that three fungicide treatments are carried out during the season. The frost resistance of the variety reaches -22…-23°C, but in northern regions, it is recommended to cover the vines for winter. The Anyuta grape has high yield, good transportability, and can be stored for up to four months, which makes it convenient for sale and long-term storage.
