Salyut

Oat variety 'Saljut' – a decorative variety with large grains and an average plant height of about 30–35 cm. Leaves are wide, green, and stems are slightly brown. Flowers are white and fragrant, appearing in the spring.

The variety is resistant to main oat diseases: it is not susceptible to powdery rust and fungal infections (powdery rot), and also possesses moderate resistance to viruses and other pathogens. Recommended for cultivation both in greenhouses and in open ground under a moderate climate; nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers increase yield.

Variety 'Saljut' is popular among gardeners due to its decorative shape, good yield, and disease resistance.
