Fescue Feya

Aesthetics of a Blue-Green Lawn

The 'Feya' fescue variety from the RosNIISK 'Rossorgo' specialists is the choice for those prioritizing site aesthetics. Unlike standard grass mixtures, this variety maintains visual appeal even with minimal maintenance, which is crucial for urban landscapes and private parks.

Growing and Maintenance Experience

The main advantage of 'Feya' is its predictability. Working with seed material from the originators (Zhuzhukin V.I., Morozov E.V., Gudkova E.V.), you get a uniform stand. The variety does not require aggressive chemical treatment, simplifying site management. When preparing the soil, it is important to understand that this is a specialized lawn variety: it tolerates mowing well, recovers quickly, and creates a dense turf that prevents soil erosion.

• Color: saturated blue-green, maintained throughout the growing season.
• Purpose: from decorative private lawns to professional urban landscaping.
• Maintenance: standard agronomic practices; responsive to irrigation during drought.

If you are planning landscaping with an emphasis on color, 'Feya' is a work tool that won't let you down. It is durable, and when sown correctly, it forms an excellent 'carpet' that does not get trampled as quickly as forage fescue varieties. Maintenance is standard, although given its decorative purpose, timely mowing is more critical here than for industrial crops.
