BARDESSICA

The red fescue variety "Barlessica" is an annual, high-medium height Festuca rubra L. variety intended for lawn use. It is distinguished by moderate to medium yield and a strong root system that ensures stability and good soil fixation. Leaf color is anthocyanin - from weak to medium shade, medium-sized and width leaves with moderate intensity of green coloring.

When sown, "Barlessica" forms a dense lawn of rich bright green color, which requires a minimum amount of irrigation water and fertilizers. The variety is resistant to extreme conditions: prolonged drought, winter cold, as well as to lawn diseases such as powdery mildew and red thread. The fine texture of the leaves allows it to better withstand loads and low mowing compared to other Festuca rubra varieties.
