Green Express is an early-maturing and high-yield dill variety, characterized by a semi-erect, spreading rosette of leaves approximately 34 cm high and 24 cm in diameter. The leaves have a rich green color with a slight waxy coating; they are tender, juicy, and of medium length. The central umbel of this variety is convex, reaching a diameter of up to 19 cm, and the plant's aroma is strong, making it particularly appealing for culinary use.
The mass of one plant at harvest for greens is 30-35 grams, while for spice collection it is 61-65 grams. The market yield of the Green Express dill reaches 1.0-1.1 kg per square meter when harvesting greens and 3.6-3.8 kg per square meter when harvesting spices. Seed sowing is recommended in the ground at the end of April - beginning of May, which ensures optimal conditions for rapid and quality plant growth.
This dill variety is versatile in application: its greens are excellent for fresh consumption, spice preparation, drying, freezing, and various homemade preserves. Thanks to the strong aroma and juicy leaves, Green Express will be a great addition to a variety of dishes, imparting freshness and a rich taste.
