Dill GREEN BUNCH

Dill variety "Green Bunch" is an early-maturing plant, ready for green harvest just 25-35 days after full seedling emergence. The plant features a compact form and reaches a height of 80-90 cm. Rosettes form at the base of the stem, facilitating green harvesting and increasing yield. The mass of one plant at green harvest is 25-35 grams, with a yield of up to 2.0 kg per square meter. When used for spice production, the plant mass is 40-65 grams with a yield of about 3 kg per square meter.

This dill variety is widely used in cooking as fresh greens. Its strong spicy aroma and pleasant refreshing taste make it ideal for garnishing dishes and adding aesthetic appeal. Additionally, "Green Bunch" dill is excellent for pickling vegetables, imparting a rich aroma and flavor.

Due to its characteristics, "Green Bunch" dill is a versatile plant that can be used both as fresh greens and as a spice. The plant's compactness and high yield make it convenient for cultivation and harvesting, which is particularly important for home and commercial green growing.
