BRIZ variety parsley is an early-maturing and high-yielding leaf variety with a large spreading rosette consisting of numerous large and aromatic leaves. From germination to technical maturity takes 75-80 days, with one plant reaching a weight of 90-100 grams. The leaves of the variety are tender, juicy, rich dark green color with a pronounced aroma, which makes this variety particularly attractive for use fresh, as well as for canning and freezing.

The BRIZ variety is characterized by high frost resistance and disease resistance, which allows it to be grown in various conditions, including open ground and enclosed spaces. Thanks to the rapid recovery of greens, which takes about 30-35 days, the variety is suitable for all-season cultivation, including in winter on the windowsill in pots. Bush height reaches 15-20 cm, and the wide multi-leaf rosette ensures an abundant harvest of useful greens.
