FLUFFY BUNCH

Fluffy bunch — a mid-season dill variety maturing in 35-40 days. At the stage of technical maturity, the plant forms a compact, closed bush 80 to 100 cm tall. Leaves are of medium size, dark green in color, and possess a pronounced and pleasant aroma. Several additional basal rosettes form at the base of the stem, which contributes to increased yield and ease of harvesting greens.

This variety is characterized by delayed flower bud formation, which extends the harvesting period for greens. Dill Fluffy bunch is recommended for use fresh, as well as for drying, pickling, and freezing. Highly aromatic seeds of the variety are used as a spice for preparing pickles and other dishes, expanding its possibilities in cuisine.
