Festulolium is an intergeneric hybrid resulting from crosses between Fescue (Festuca) and Ryegrass (Lolium) species. It belongs to the Poaceae family. This crop was developed to combine the high yields and nutritional value of ryegrass with the stress tolerance and longevity of fescue.
