The soft winter wheat variety STYLE 18 is a highly productive and medium-early grain variety with a vegetation period ranging from 214 to 295 days. The plants are characterized by their short stature, with heights ranging from 74 to 96 cm, which contributes to lodging resistance. The variety has enhanced winter hardiness and drought tolerance, making it suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including the Belgorod and Kursk regions, the Azov and Southern zones of the Rostov region, the Central zone of the Krasnodar Krai, the Stavropol Krai, the Karachay-Cherkessia and Chechnya republics, as well as the Republic of Kalmykia.

STYLE 18 is distinguished by high yield and stable grain quality. The thousand-kernel weight varies from 39 to 45 grams, corresponding to the standards of strong wheat. The variety has excellent baking qualities, making it in demand for the flour-milling industry. Thanks to its frost and heat resistance, the variety maintains productivity even under unfavorable weather conditions.

The variety is resistant to major wheat diseases, including brown and yellow rust, powdery mildew, and has medium resistance to septoria, fusarium of the head, and viral diseases. The recommended sowing rate is 3.5-4 million seeds per hectare. The variety's originator is the P.P. Lukyanenko Federal State Research Institute of Agriculture, and the seed production is carried out by the Agromir-Seeds company. The variety is intended for widespread use in agriculture and is suitable for various agrotechnical conditions.
