SOYUZ M — this is a medium-early maternal simple hybrid of corn (Zea mays L.), developed by the company LLC "NER-TUS AGRO" and included in the State Register of the Russian Federation. The plant is characterized by medium height and medium leaf width, with a medium-length and thickness ear, weakly conical shape, and long stalk. The hybrid's grain is intermediate type, closer to dent, with yellow-orange upper part and red-orange lower part. Morphological features include absence or weak anthocyanin pigmentation of the sheath of the first leaf, roots at the stem and silk, as well as medium spikelet density and weak spikelet sheath pigmentation. The hybrid has high adaptability and resistance to various natural-climatic conditions, allowing its cultivation in all regions. Seeds undergo quality treatment with Redigo, Fewer, and ForceZea, providing protection against diseases and pests. SOYUZ M is distinguished by high drought resistance and resistance to lodging, confirmed by ratings of 8 out of 10 for these parameters. Fast grain moisture release helps reduce drying costs and preserve farmers' income. Optimal plant density prior to harvest is 70-75 thousand plants per hectare under favorable conditions and 60-65 thousand under limited conditions. Seed production is carried out at modern seed factories in accordance with international ISTA and OECD standards, guaranteeing high quality and purity of planting material.
