SHERBASH

The soft winter wheat variety Sherbash is a mid-maturing and medium-height crop with a short stem, ensuring resistance to lodging. The vegetative period ranges from 216 to 308 days, while plant height varies between 78-99 cm. The mass of 1000 seeds falls within the range of 42-51 grams, indicating good seed material quality. The variety is characterized by high frost and drought resistance, allowing for successful cultivation in various climatic conditions.

Sherbash features high potential yield, exceeding 110 centners per hectare, with maximum indicators reaching up to 118.6 c/ha. It is recommended for cultivation in the Central Black Earth, North Caucasus, and Lower Volga regions, as well as in the Southern and Pre-Azov zones of the Rostov region, Kursk region, Republic of Adygea, and Krasnodar Krai. The level of agro-requirements for the variety is average, which facilitates its integration into existing agricultural systems.

The variety exhibits high resistance to major wheat diseases, including brown, yellow, and stem rust, as well as powdery mildew. Meanwhile, resistance to yellow rust is assessed as moderately resistant, and susceptibility to septoria, head fusarium, and viral diseases is average. Sherbash is distinguished by good milling and baking qualities, making it valuable for producing high-quality bread and other bakery products.
