UTRISH

UTRISH is a variety of soft winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), characterized by a medium-early maturity period and high adaptability to various climatic conditions. The plant is medium-short or low-growing with a semi-upright or short-stemmed tiller, which ensures resistance to lodging and shedding. The vegetative period of the variety ranges from 218 to 295 days, and the mass of 1000 grains is between 36 and 48 grams. The variety is recommended for cultivation in various regions, including the Belgorod and Voronezh regions, the Central zone of the Krasnodar Krai, and the Republic of Adygea. UTRISH has good resistance to a number of diseases, such as powdery mildew, yellow and stem rust, as well as septoria at the level of the standard. However, the variety is moderately susceptible to brown leaf rust, solid bunt, and head fusarium. Maximum yield reaches 76.2 c/ha, with an average yield of around 39.2 c/ha, making it attractive for agricultural production. Special attention is paid to the technological and baking qualities of the UTRISH variety grain. The grain is colored, and flour from this variety is of high quality, allowing the wheat to be used for the production of bread, cereals, and other food products. Thanks to the combination of high yield, disease resistance, and excellent technological properties, the UTRISH variety is a reliable choice for farmers and food producers.
