Wheat Selenivka Odeska

Yield Stability in Any Conditions

When planning the sowing season, winter hardiness is always the first priority. The "Selenivka Odeska" wheat variety from Pryvatne aktsionerne tovarystvo "Selena" handles this with ease. In the field, it performs predictably: a vegetation period of 270–280 days allows for a clear schedule of maintenance. The plant height of 90–100 cm is optimal, preventing lodging, while a thousand-kernel weight of 35–40 grams provides a high-quality grain sample.

Phytosanitary Control Without Extra Costs

For an agronomist, the most valuable asset is the crop's immune system. "Selenivka Odeska" is a variety where the list of common threats is kept in check naturally:

• Complete resistance to yellow and brown wheat rust.
• Reliable barrier against septoria and powdery mildew.
• Minimal risk of head blight (fusarium), which is crucial for grain quality.

A gluten content of 25–30% makes this variety attractive to buyers, ensuring no issues with commercialization. A potential yield of 7–10 tons per hectare confirms that, with proper technology, the variety delivers excellent returns on investment.
