Winter durum wheat of the Alyĭ Parus variety is a high-yielding and resilient crop against adverse conditions, developed by the Selective-Genetic Institute and the National Center for Seed Science and Variety Study (Odessa). This variety belongs to the hard-dear variety with a red head and red awns. The grain is white, large, with a mass of 1000 grains ranging from 42.4 to 55.5 g, which ensures high quality of the final product. Plant height is 95-105 cm, they are short-stemmed type and practically do not fall over, which facilitates harvest and reduces yield losses.
