Description Provincialka
Provincialka wheat is a high-plasticity spring soft wheat variety of intensive type, recommended for cultivation in the Polissia and Forest-Steppe zones. Registered in the State Register of Ukraine in 2016, this variety is characterized by universal use across various agro-fond types and belongs to the group of valuable wheats. Its maturation period is medium-late, with a vegetation period of 90-95 days, allowing effective planning of agronomic activities.

Provincialka is characterized by high potential yield, exceeding 7 tons per hectare. The grain of this variety has high gluten content (30.3-35.1 %) and protein (14.9-15.7 %), ensuring high-quality flour and bread performance. Flour extraction reaches 75 %, and bread volume ranges from 1170 to 1250 cm³, making this variety especially valuable for grain-oriented applications.

The variety is resistant to major diseases and exhibits high resistance to drought, lodging, shattering, and grain germination on the ear. These qualities ensure stable yields and high grain quality even under adverse weather conditions, making Provincialka a reliable choice for farmers seeking maximum efficiency and product quality.
