Mironivska 67 is a winter soft wheat variety, developed by intraspecific hybridization and registered in 2001-2002 by the Mironivsk Institute of Wheat named after V.M. Remesla of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine. This medium-maturing variety belongs to the lutecens (glabrous) type, has a vegetation period of 270-300 days, and is ideally suited for cultivation in the Polissia region as well as on low-fertility soils.
Plants reach a height of about 110 cm, ears are cylindrical, medium-length, and dense, with awn-like protrusions at the apex. The variety is characterized by high yield — up to 9.6 t/ha — and high grain quality: 1000-grain weight is 48 g, grain density is 780 g/l. Raw protein content ranges from 13.4% to 15%, and raw gluten content reaches 32%, classifying the grain as first-grade quality.
Mironivska 67 exhibits high resistance to many diseases, including lodging, shattering, root rots, septoria, brown rust, powdery mildew, Fusarium ear blight, and hard heads. Due to these traits, this variety is a reliable choice for grain production, ensuring stable yields and high product quality.
