LYUTETSIA

LYUTETSIA is a variety of soft spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) with a mid-season vegetative period of 79-90 days, allowing it to mature 2-3 days earlier than some other varieties. It is characterized by medium height and a thousand-grain weight ranging from 32-40 grams. A feature of the variety is the natural yellow color of the bread crumb, resembling the color achieved using egg yolks, which is due to the presence of ryegrass translocation. The baking qualities of LYUTETSIA are assessed as good, making it attractive for producing high-quality bread.

The variety is distinguished by high resistance to a range of diseases, including bunt, brown and yellow rust, powdery mildew, and septoria. It also shows resistance to stem rust and drought resistance at the level of the standard, ensuring stable yields even under unfavorable weather conditions. Thanks to these characteristics, LYUTETSIA is suitable for cultivation using intensive and semi-intensive technologies.

It is recommended for cultivation in various regions of Russia, including the Vologda, Kaluga, Smolensk, Volgograd, Chelyabinsk regions, Krasnodar Krai, as well as the Orenburg region and the Ural region. The variety is included in the state register in several regions, confirming its adaptability and demand in the agricultural sector.
