Wheat Luzanivka Odeska

Reliability and High Yield Potential

The winter wheat variety 'Luzanivka Odeska' is a strategic choice for farmers operating in the challenging climatic zones of Southern and Central Ukraine. Developed by the Plant Breeding and Genetics Institute (PBGI), this variety is known for its remarkable plasticity: with proper crop management, it can deliver yields of 8 to 9 tons per hectare. Unlike many intensive hybrids that require perfect conditions, 'Luzanivka' is resilient and forgiving of minor technological errors, making it a dependable asset for any farm.

Key Advantages

• Adaptability: This variety demonstrates exceptional tolerance to temperature fluctuations during winter and survives spring drought periods effectively.
• Resilience: Its genetic resistance to lodging and common fungal diseases helps reduce dependency on expensive intensive fungicide programs.
• Economic Efficiency: A consistent yield ensures predictable profitability, even during seasons with below-average rainfall.

Who is this for?

If your priority is reliability and output consistency, 'Luzanivka Odeska' is the solution. It does not require high-cost inputs to reach its genetic potential, making it an economically rational choice for agricultural enterprises seeking to optimize their budget. For agronomists who value the proven, time-tested selection of the PBGI, this variety offers a stable 'volume' without unexpected surprises during harvest time.
