Wheat KWS Donovan

KWS Donovan — winter wheat of second quality class, distinguished by high yield and stable grain quality parameters. Medium-late maturing, it has a strong yield potential and high protein content, making it attractive for agricultural production. It is suitable for sowing after cereal predecessors and can be grown at various sowing times, including late sowing, thanks to its strong autumn start.

The variety is characterized by good resistance to a range of diseases, such as root rot, powdery mildew, leaf septoria, and yellow rust, as well as moderate resistance to brown leaf rust, pyrenophorosis, and Fusarium ear rot. In addition, KWS Donovan demonstrates high resistance to lodging and winter hardiness, ensuring reliable yield under various climatic conditions.

The variety's technological flexibility is reflected in efficient nitrogen utilization and good response to fertilizers, contributing to resource savings. KWS Donovan belongs to the portfolio of non-hybrid crops developed by KWS for addressing current and future agricultural challenges, ensuring stable grain quality and high productivity.
